Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling : The time slot that you have reserved must be rescheduled within 48 hours of your scheduled recording time. You will not be able to reschedule or get a refund if you do not reschedule your studio appointment time within the 48 hours of your scheduled studio time. You may cancel your studio time within 72 hours of your scheduled studio time but there will be a 20% Service Cancellation fee. Our producers & recording engineers times are valueble so please respect their experience & time. Thank You!
